        <font size="3" face="Garamond">
I am a founding Board Member of Culminis.com and was awarded
MVP (Microsoft Most Valuable Professional) status for Windows Customer
Experience again for work with Microsoft and the local Windows
		community.
		<p></p>
My latest greatest recent project was working with Avatar Software on a Silverlight 4 application for Barge Wagner, an engineering firm.
The application was built to show the process flow through five phases over nine processes. It was represented in a grid, using highly customized XAML.
There were many animations used to help show work done without having the User have to engage, improving the User Experience.
We used some very unique approaches for data binding using Entiry Framework, WCF RIA Services and Sql Server 2008 on the back end.
We built our own controls and ChildWindows, Type Converters, Popup's and many other aspects of Silverlight development.
In the eleventh hour, the client choose an entirely new design to skin the application with to imply a flow vertically then horizontally.
In order to meet this need, we had to work with an Expression Blend XAML Designer from Isreal (Udi Cassirer), and with his help we met the goal a day before the presentation.
Another impossible task made possible with eXtreme Programming and a little help from my friends.
        <p></p>
One of my favorite recent experiences was with The Retirement Plan Company, XML-based dynamically creating AJAX server controls
for a question and answer composite control which presents a collection of highly configurable
CSS Themed and Skinned composite controls for investors to setup a plan based on questions and answers.
As a bonus, I used LINQ for many of the for loops and for dynamically declated events, including Client-side Validator Controls.
        <p></p>
Most other recent projects dealt with designing and implementing projects in VS.NET 2005 using C#, ASP.NET, AJAX, XML,
Sql Server 2005. These projects typically used the databases to manage Investment or Financial data, Medical forms, Images, CAD/GIS data, or Wharehouse data.
Using VS.Net CSharp object oriented programming and design allows for extreme Rapid Application Development [RAD] and atleast one order of magnitude paybacks for
development costs in either saving from the application or in sales of the application</font></p>
        <ul>
<li><font size="3" face="Garamond">As the Founder and leader of the Huntsville VS.Net Users Group, and in my day-to-day work I am constantly exposed to all the complexities of VS.Net, VB/VC++6.
Over two decades of work in computer science has provided me with broad expertise and great depth in so many areas needed to accomplish any task.</font></li>

<li><font size="3" face="Garamond">I've worked on Windows NT since its first version was released.
Previous to this I have worked on a wide variety of UNIX platforms such
as Sun Solaris, HP-UX, and <a href="http://www.ingr.com/"> Intergraph</a> Clix. I worked on Visual Basic 1.0
and Visual C++ MFC 1.5 and have been using VB and VC++ ever since for
the extreme RAD. Most recently I’ve used Visual Studio.Net (VC#, VB, VC++), SmartClient (href/exe), Winforms (desktop), Webforms (ASP.Net) and WebServices in Windows XP.
        </font></li>
          <li><font size="3" face="Garamond">My projects always use Object Oriented Programming [<a href="http://webopedia.internet.com/TERM/o/object_oriented_programming_OOP.html">OOP</a>], in
particular Windows XP using C#. I've been using Object Oriented Programming and Design techniques for about 20 years, even before C++.</font></li>

            and the Huntsville <a href="http://vsdotnetug.org">Visual Studio.Net Users Group</a>
(VSdotNetUG.org) I've been helping to bring excellent technology presentations to Huntsville every month. This has helped to broaden my scope and helped train the Huntsville’s entire Windows community (1300+ members). I served as the first Chairman of HUNTUG, as S/W Review, Book Review, Public Relations and trained virtually all board members.</font></li>

My work with <a href="http://www.ineta.org">INeta.org</a> as a User Group Liaison

Kentucky, Alaska and Hawaii has helped a number of VS.Net Users Groups organize and
bring excellent technical presentations to their members.
I've always strived to teach them the leasons I learned working towards
		no-dues Users Groups. I've written a
